Villa Italia

Set within Italy’s gentle hills, this design villa weaves space, art and light into a seamless relationship with nature. The RAL 1013 “Bianco Perla” finish wraps surfaces and built-ins like a calm canvas, sharpening architectural lines and curated furnishings. Clear geometries, natural materials and an outdoor-first mindset shape the home’s character.

Expansive frameless Sky-Frame sliding windows open the interior directly to the landscape, dissolving boundaries. Flush, barrier-free thresholds carry the floor finish from the living areas out to the terrace and along the pool edge. Daylight reaches deep into the plan, with reflections and transparency shifting from morning to evening.

The outdoor realm unfolds in three composed vignettes. Beneath the first-floor cantilever, a sheltered lounge with two generous seats and a timber side table provides shade and intimacy. Poolside, two twin settings—each with paired loungers, a side table and an umbrella—invite slow afternoons. The restrained “Bianco Perla” palette heightens brightness and lets greenery and sky take center stage.

Art anchors the visual narrative indoors and out. A sculptural painting in the living area adds color and tactile depth; in the bedroom, a serene photograph expands the perception of space; near the pool, a cut-steel canvas introduces layered depth and shimmering light. Sky-Frame glazing mirrors and frames these pieces, turning movement through the house into a gallery-like experience.

Performance underpins the poetics: Sky-Frame solutions with high-level insulation and weather protection enhance energy efficiency, acoustic comfort and well-being. Generous openings enable natural cross-ventilation while maintaining a sense of shelter. The result is a contemporary villa in which the landscape becomes part of daily life—and where space, art and light settle into a lasting equilibrium.
