How does one create the invisible? Every frameless system undergoes a metamorphosis: from the vision in the showroom through Swiss precision manufacturing to the moment when the window dissolves, leaving only light, space and view.

 

The Sky-Frame Journey

  • Showroom

    In our showroom, abstraction takes on a tangible form. Various configurations, surfaces, and glazing showcase the spectrum: from high-performance thermal systems to security-certified solutions, from electric drives to specific color finishes.

  • Thermal break

    Polyamide-aluminium connections effectively eliminate thermal bridges and ensure thermal integrity.

  • Colour

    Powder coating adheres at 180 degrees Celsius, creating surfaces resilient enough for Seaside certification. Anodising offers alternative finishes in specified colours. 

  • Assembly

    Precision cutting, CNC milling, and seal assembly adhere to strict tolerances. After the final inspection, profiles are stored in a fully automated high-bay warehouse until their exact delivery date.

  • Glass

    The glazing undergoes a special in-house treatment and is inspected separately before being transported directly to the construction site.

  • Installation

    Installation occurs in two phases. During the shell construction phase, specialists mount frames and drive components. Once the construction phase is complete, the crane positions the glass elements with millimetre precision. Our experts accompany both phases and conduct the final acceptance inspection until full functionality is achieved.

  • Living

    The result redefines the boundary between interior and exterior. The frameless opening seamlessly integrates into the building structure, creating the connection contemporary architecture demands.
