USA Lead Installer


  • Installation according to shop drawings and manuals
  • Coordination and assurance of the installation process during the construction phase
  • Ensuring the exchange of information between the client and project management during the construction phase
  • Reporting and control of work scope changes and adjustments on site
  • Carrying out sign-offs with client and completing punch list tasks 
  • Troubleshooting and after-sales service
  • Installation instructions of dealers nationwide
  • Participation in installation and project management meetings
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement process



  • Proof of experience and expertise with metal work, installation of windows and curtain walls, facade constructions or as carpenter, additional experience in electronics is an advantage
  • Confident and self-assured appearance
  • Active, open and customer-friendly communication
  • Experience in leadership of installers and subcontractors
  • Willingness to travel occasionally with overnight stays and readiness for individual nationwide assignments – Valid Driver’s license
  • Fluent in English with good writing skills
  • Language skills in Spanish is a plus
  • C17 license or ability to get one is a plus
