1993 - Founded by J. Rüegg and B. Guhl and started with 3 employees

1998 - Joined the industry association SMU

2002 - Installation of the first Sky-Frame system

2003 - 10 year Anniversary with 19 employees

2004 - Started the development of the distribution network

2006 - 10 million CHF in revenue with 50 employees

2006 - Sky-Frame received Innovations prize for Architecture und Technology

2006 - Acquisition of factory property

2007 - First international exhibition appearance in Munich and London

2007 - Sky-Frame innovations: up to 4 meters high und motorized operation

2008 - 1000th Sky-Frame Installation

2009 - Won the 2009 BATIMAT-Innovations prize in Paris in the windows and doors category

2009 - Development of Sky-Frame 3 - high insulation system with triple glazing

2010 - Certification of Sky-Frame 3 as first metal MINERGIE®-Module sliding window
